Return Policy

Please return your purchases to Hello Daffodil, 2451 Lakeside Parkway Suite 140, Flower Mound, Texas 75022. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may also return your purchases in person to our retail location in Flower Mound. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a full refund.

Upon approval, a refund payment will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 days.

 If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via email at hellodaffodil@yahoo.com, and we will help arrange the details for an exchange.
